Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • Promotional items, or products purchased on clearance or during special sales.

  • Items purchased as part of a kit or multi item package cannot be refunded individually

 

 

Refund Process

  2. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be provided.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  4. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

At Levwr, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow the steps below:
